How can I modify the airline ticket I purchased through Cheaptickets.com without paying any additional fees?

I purchased a round trip ticket from LAX to Bangkok. I used this ticket to fly to Bangkok. I'm happy in Thailand and want to stay longer. The airline is Thai Airways. (According to Cheap Tickets I have to pay a fee of $180 (approximately) to modify this ticket. Can I change my ticket without paying and additional fees?
